1. Controller

INTERASIA Co., Ltd. processes only the personal data reasonably necessary to operate the Store. The Privacy Officer is Yoonji Seo. Requests may be sent to info@interasia.com or +82-2-2039-2500.

2. Purposes and Legal Bases

The Company processes personal data to manage accounts; form and perform contracts; handle orders, payments, delivery, customs, events, customer requests, and disputes; prevent abuse; comply with law; and improve the service. Processing is based on contract performance, consent, legal obligations, legitimate interests, or another lawful basis available in the relevant jurisdiction. Marketing messages are sent only with any consent required by law, and customers may opt out at any time.

3. Retention

Personal data is deleted immediately when its processing purpose is fulfilled or an account is closed. Records subject to mandatory retention are stored separately only for the statutory minimum periods below and deleted immediately afterward. Marketing data is no longer used and is deleted immediately when consent is withdrawn.

4. Sharing and Processors

The Company does not sell or disclose personal data to third parties without consent or another lawful basis. It may engage Store hosting and operations providers; payment processors KG Inicis, Stripe, PayPal, and Alipay; CJ Logistics for domestic delivery; FedEx, DHL, Korea Post (EMS and K-Packet), and local delivery or customs partners for international delivery; and customer-support or IT-security providers as necessary to provide the service. Current provider names and functions will be reflected in this Policy when changed. Full card details are generally collected directly by payment providers; the Company may receive only approval and transaction identifiers.

5. International Transfers

When an international payment service is used, the name, email, order amount, currency, and transaction identifiers required for payment may be transferred electronically at the payment request to overseas systems or affiliates of Stripe, PayPal, or Alipay. For international delivery, recipient and product information required for delivery and customs may be transferred electronically at dispatch to FedEx, DHL, Korea Post, and local delivery or customs partners in destination and transit countries. Data is retained until the payment, delivery, customs, and support purposes are completed or for the statutory minimum period. A customer may object before payment or dispatch, but the Company may then be unable to provide the relevant payment or international delivery service.

6. Individual Rights

Subject to applicable law, customers may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, and account closure. Requests may be made through account settings or Customer Service and will be handled after reasonable identity verification. Data subject to mandatory retention may not be deleted until that period ends.

7. Cookies

The Store may use cookies for login, shopping-cart functions, security, and service improvement. Customers can delete or block cookies in browser settings, although some functions may not work properly. Analytics or advertising cookies requiring consent are used only after consent is obtained.

8. Children

The Store is not directed to children under 14. If the Company needs to process personal data of a child under 14, it will obtain consent from a legal representative as required by law.

9. Security and Deletion

The Company uses reasonable safeguards, including access controls, encryption, logging, and security reviews. Electronic data is securely deleted when retention ends, and paper records are shredded or destroyed.

10. Contact and Complaints

Privacy requests may be submitted to the Privacy Officer. In Korea, additional help is available from the Personal Information Infringement Report Center at 118 and the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee at +82-1833-6972.

11. Policy Changes

The Company will announce the effective date and substance of changes through the Store before they take effect. Material changes will receive any additional notice required by law.
