Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose and Operator

These Terms govern use of the online store operated by INTERASIA Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and purchases made through the store (the “Store”). The Company's business information appears at the end of these Terms and on the Store.

2. Use of the Store and Accounts

Customers may use the Store as members or guests. Members must provide accurate information and keep their credentials secure. Identity misuse, fraudulent payment, interference with the service, unlawful activity, and unauthorized copying of Store content are prohibited.

3. Product Information and Orders

Product contents, price, sales period, benefits, event conditions, and estimated dispatch date are shown on the relevant product page. Reasonable differences may arise from screen settings, manufacturing, or random assortments. An order is accepted when the Company confirms payment and availability and sends an order confirmation. The Company may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a supplier schedule changes, or a material pricing or system error occurs.

4. Payment

Customers may use the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments may be processed through KG Inicis, Stripe, PayPal, or Alipay. Separate terms and security procedures of each payment provider may apply. Currency conversion and international transaction fees are determined by the customer's card issuer or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

A regular product order may be cancelled before shipping processing by using the order page or contacting Customer Service. Orders tied to a fansign, video call, lucky draw, or similar fan event may be entered immediately or at the announced time. Once entry processing is completed as disclosed on the product page, cancellation, quantity changes, and applicant-detail changes for convenience may be restricted. Statutory rights for defects, incorrect delivery, or other mandatory remedies remain unaffected.

6. Pre-orders and Events

Pre-orders are dispatched sequentially after the official release. Release dates, contents, and supply schedules may change at the manufacturer or supplier's direction. Event results follow the published event rules. The Company is not responsible for disadvantages caused by inaccurate applicant information unless attributable to the Company.

7. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Domestic orders are generally shipped by CJ Logistics. International orders may be shipped by FedEx, DHL, EMS, K-Packet, or another method disclosed by the Company. Shipping charges are based on destination, chargeable weight including packaging, dimensional weight, and service level. Unless an international order is expressly sold on a DDP basis, import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, customs fees, and local charges are not included and are payable by the recipient.

8. Returns and Refunds

The separate Refund & Return Policy applies. Returns for convenience may be restricted where permitted by law, including when sealed packaging of reproducible media has been opened, goods have been used or materially diminished in value, or seals on hygiene products or cosmetics have been opened.

9. Intellectual Property and Service Availability

Store designs, photos, text, data, and other content belong to the Company or their lawful owners. The Company may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, outage, security, or force majeure and will provide notice when reasonably practicable.

10. Liability and Disputes

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for delays or losses caused without its fault by network outages, force majeure, customs, carriers, manufacturers, or suppliers. Korean law governs these Terms, and disputes are submitted to a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable law. Ordinary changes will generally be announced at least seven days before they take effect, and materially adverse changes at least thirty days in advance.
